One stuck thing at a time. The product is a hand, not a stack of open tickets you broadcast across the metro.
Why one
Matching offers a request to a small set of eligible helpers. A pile of simultaneous asks from the same person would turn the map into noise and the helper into a dispatcher. Finish or time out, then ask again. That is the discipline.
The two-hour window
If nobody accepts within two hours, the request closes. There is no guaranteed response time. Distance, weather, and who is actually online all matter. You can post again. You cannot keep an unanswered ask hanging as a public signal.
After someone accepts
You are in that request — private chat, public meeting place, optional exact location, then both people confirm completion. Helpers who accept also leave the general online pool for that moment. One live request keeps both sides honest about attention.
Questions people actually ask
Can I post a jump start and a study ask at once?
No. Only one live request at a time. Close or wait out the window, then ask for the next thing.
What if I posted the wrong category?
Wait for it to close or complete it if someone already accepted and you need to sort the mix-up in chat. Do not assume a second live request will stack on top.
Does the two-hour window mean a helper will come in two hours?
No. It is a close time if nobody accepts. It is not an ETA and not a promise.
