Hardware decides
Nearby Interaction and ultra-wideband depend on what Apple supports on that phone. Help Me does not invent a radar for hardware that cannot do it. If the phones cannot take part, meet the way the rest of the product works: a public place label and a chat.
What it is not
It is not live tracking on the open map. It is not a way to skip consent. It is not a feature other helpers can watch. Completion still ends exact location sharing, and public meeting places remain the default advice even when the radios are fancy. Helpers can apply to be reviewed by our team. Help Me does not run background checks.
