Say shovel, brush, or both. Meet in public if you do not already know them. This metro understands snow; it does not always have a spare pair of hands.
City plows and contractors still exist
Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorhead run street plows. Private lots hire services. Help Me does not. A helper might shovel a walk or knock snow off a car. They will not clear a commercial lot, and they should not be asked to. If the snow is an emergency — medical, trapped, dangerous — 911, not an app.

Can I request a driveway plow?
You can ask. Do not expect a truck. Help Me is not a plow service. Hire one if that is the job.
Is this the city’s snow line?
No. Street plowing is the city. This is a neighbor with a shovel.
What if I cannot get out for a medical reason?
If it is an emergency, call 911. Do not wait on a two-hour community offer.
