answer
What does See Beyond mean?
It is a brand line, and it is also the entire product thesis.
Short answer
See Beyond is the Help Me brand line. It means looking past the surface of an ordinary day to notice two people who never find each other: the one stuck in a parking lot, and the one fifty yards away who would have stopped if they had known. The app exists to close that gap in Fargo–Moorhead.
The facts, in one place
- See Beyond is the brand line, not a feature.
- It describes a visibility problem, not a shortage of goodwill.
- Every product rule follows from it: private, local, small, public.
- It is why there is no feed and no audience.
The gap it names
Almost nobody drives past a stranded person on purpose. They drive past because they did not see it, or could not tell if it was a problem, or assumed someone else already had it. Goodwill is not scarce in this metro. Visibility is.
Why it shaped the product
If the problem is seeing, the answer is not a bigger audience. It is a smaller, better-aimed signal: an offer to a few people who could actually come, a private conversation between two of them, a meeting in public, and then nothing left behind. No feed to perform for, no permanent record of a bad morning.
Questions people actually ask
Is See Beyond a feature in the app?
No. It is the brand line and the reasoning behind how the app is built.
Does it refer to accessibility?
No. Help Me is not a vision-assistance product. Be My Eyes is a different thing entirely, and there is a page comparing the two.
