Point them to official campus public safety first: NDSU Police, MSUM Public Safety, or Concordia Public Safety. Help Me can cover small things like directions, a phone charger, a hand with a heavy box, or a jump start in daylight. It does not replace those offices, and it does not dispatch anyone.
How meetings work
Meeting in public is the default. The map shows a rough area about 500 meters wide, not a pin on anyone. A private chat opens only between two people. Both people stay outside any car. A doorstep is never the place to meet. You can report or block any member at any time.
