What you install
TestFlight is how iPhone betas are distributed. You need an Apple ID and iOS 15 or later. The join link is the same one behind every Join the beta button and the QR codes on this site. When a public listing exists, that is a one-line change, not a different product.
What beta still means
The product rules already hold: a review for helpers, a rough map area, private chat, attributed events, self-serve deletion, and not an emergency service. The terms and privacy pages are written for the beta and say so, and they will be replaced in full before a public release.
What TestFlight is not
It is not Android. It is not a web app that posts requests. It is not a national launch. Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorhead are first, one zone at a time. iPhone is the device, and TestFlight is the door. Helpers can apply to be reviewed by our team. Help Me does not run background checks.
Help Me is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
