The app is real. The store listing is not public yet. TestFlight is the honest channel name, so we use it.
What you install
Apple TestFlight is how iPhone betas are distributed. Help Me uses it. You will need an Apple ID and iOS 15 or later. The join link is the same one behind Get the app, the navbar, and the QR codes on this site. When the public listing exists, that URL is a one-line change — not a different product.
What beta still means
The product rules already hold: approved helpers, coarse location, private chat, official event attribution, self-serve delete, not 911. Terms and privacy on this site are written for the TestFlight beta and say so. They will be replaced in full before a public App Store release.
What TestFlight is not
It is not Android. It is not a web app that posts requests. It is not a national launch. Fargo–Moorhead is the metro. iPhone is the device. TestFlight is the door.
Questions people actually ask
Is Help Me on the App Store?
Today it is on TestFlight for iPhone. This site’s download buttons go there. A public listing is a later change, not a second app.
Does it cost money?
No. TestFlight join is free. Help Me is not a paid gig marketplace.
Can I use it on Android?
The shipping client is iPhone, iOS 15 or later, through TestFlight. We do not advertise an Android app we do not ship.
