Use the street you can name
Meet on Broadway, in a lobby, at the Fargo Theatre sidewalk, at a restaurant entrance, at a ramp elevator that other people use. The Island Park side after the bars thin out is quieter than it looks on a summer postcard. Quiet is not the same as safe-for-a-stranger.

- A walk to a downtown ramp is a fair ask. A walk into a dark residential block is a worse plan.
