Helpers go online when they can. Late at night fewer people are awake, and there is no promised coverage at two in the morning. If you are planning a night out, plan the way home too, with a friend, a bus, or an official service.

Meet in lit, public doorways. Keep exact location off. Leave if anything feels wrong. Helpers can apply to be reviewed by our team. Help Me does not run background checks. You can report or block any member at any time.
Help Me is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
