In winter
Indoor options matter from November to March. The library branches, West Acres, campus unions, and the Fargo Theatre are warm, public, and easy to name. Dress for the wait when you are outside, and do not stand in the wind waiting on an app. Helpers can apply to be reviewed by our team. Help Me does not run background checks.
