Where to meet
Meet at the store lot or at your building's entrance, not inside your home. A neighbor does not need to come in. Set the bags down at the door and say thanks. Your request shows as a rough area about 500 meters wide, and you decide when to share more.
What this is not
It is not delivery, and nobody is paid or on call. For groceries delivered to your door, use a store's own service. For ongoing help, county aging services and 211 can connect you. Helpers can apply to be reviewed by our team. Help Me does not run background checks. You can report or block any member at any time.
Help Me is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
