Say the limitation before the hope
A Help Me helper is an approved community member. They might hold a spare house key you already trusted them with. They might give you a ride to a spare. They might stand with you while you call a locksmith. They might have no way into that car, and that is the usual case. Do not post this ask expecting professional entry tools.
Car lots and apartments are different problems
A car in a West Acres lot is a public, visible problem — still not a license to force a door. An apartment lock is a landlord, a locksmith, or a person you already live with. Help Me is not a way around that. If a child or a pet is in danger inside a locked car, that is 911, immediately, not an app offer.
How to ask without lying to yourself
Post locked out. Write the sentence: keys in the car, need a ride to a spare, need company while you wait. Meet in public. Chat is private. Exact location stays off until you consent. If the honest need is a locksmith, call a locksmith. The app will still be here for the jump start later.

Will a helper open my car?
Probably not, and they should not be asked to force a lock. They are neighbors, not locksmiths. Call a professional if you need the door opened.
What if a kid is locked in the car?
Call 911. Do not wait on an app match. Help Me is not emergency response.
Can I ask for a ride to my spare key?
You can ask. A helper may or may not be able to do that. There is no paid driver and no guaranteed yes.
