The calendar everyone shares
Move-in weekend at a campus. The first of the month. May, when leases end. The metro's rental calendar is tight, so everyone is moving at once, and the elevator has a line. A second person for twenty minutes is the difference between a day and a mess.
The small jobs add up: a bookshelf to carry up, a futon frame that needs turning, a mini-fridge that needs two sets of hands.

Keep it small and public
Meet at the building entrance or a ground-floor door. Name the public place in your request. A neighbor is not a moving company, and nobody covers damage to your things, so for a full apartment, call movers or ask friends. The map shows a rough area about 500 meters wide until someone says yes.
Two states, same chaos
Moving across the river changes more than the address. Fargo and West Fargo are in North Dakota and Moorhead and Dilworth are in Minnesota, with different rules for deposits and notices. Tenant resources in each state can tell you what applies. Helpers can apply to be reviewed by our team. Help Me does not run background checks. You can report or block any member at any time.
