What to email about
Account trouble, an app that is not working, a question about how something works, feedback, or something that did not go right during a request. The more specific you are, the faster you get a useful answer.

What support cannot do
Support cannot dispatch police, fire, or medical help, and nobody is watching a queue overnight. For an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. For official city and campus services, use the numbers on the Resources pages.
Inside the app
Report and block live in every request and chat, and your account settings include deletion. The Help Center on this site covers the most common questions. Helpers can apply to be reviewed by our team. Help Me does not run background checks.
