On Help Me you can report or block any member at any time. Blocking takes effect immediately and keeps that person out of your matching. Reporting sends the request context to our team, privately. Neither one contacts police or 911, so for danger or a crime, call 911 yourself.

Block is for you
Matching already skips people blocked by either person. If a chat, a meeting, or a post feels wrong, block. You do not owe a review, a debate, or a second chance in the app. Leave the physical place too if you need to.
Report is for our team
A report is a flag a person can act on, with the request context attached. It is how patterns become visible, and it can affect whether someone keeps a current review. It is not a public call-out thread, and it is not a police report. File those with the police when that is the right tool.

Posts, comments, and reactions have the same tools. Harassment, spam, and anything unlawful can be reported. Helpers can apply to be reviewed by our team. Help Me does not run background checks.
