Where to meet
Memorial Union is a public, obvious place to meet on campus. Off campus, pick a grocery entrance, a well-lit lot, or a coffee counter. Front porches look neighborly, but they are still someone's home, so keep the first meeting somewhere public. The river parks are lovely in the afternoon and a poor choice after dark.
